Prague City Theatres: audition (director)

The Capital City of Prague is announcing a selection procedure for the position of director of the contributory organization Municipal Theatres of Prague.

Required prerequisites:

• completed university education - master's degree program, or bachelor's degree program in accordance with Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., Section 3, paragraph 3 on salary conditions of employees in public services and administration, as amended
• at least five years of experience in a management position in the field
• managerial and organizational skills, experience in managing work teams
• active knowledge of Czech and English, knowledge of other world languages ​​an advantage
• ability to communicate with the professional public at an international level and ability to communicate with the media
• knowledge of the principles of operation, activities in the field and financing of a contributory organization
• knowledge in the field of operation and focus of the organization
• full self-righteousness
• criminal record

Expected start date is September 1, 2026.
