Viola z. ú. announces a selection procedure for the position of theater director. Applicants must submit their applications with all required attachments no later than November 21, 2025 electronically to the e-mail address vanek@divadloviola.cz.

Required prerequisites:
• completed university education or secondary education with a high school diploma with many years of experience in the field
• experience in project management in the field of culture
• active knowledge of the Czech language (knowledge of other world languages ​​is an advantage)
Mandatory attachments to the application:
• motivation letter
• structured professional CV with information on all previous jobs, experience and professional knowledge and skills with an emphasis on projects in the field of culture
• concept of the Viola Theatre's activities and development
• copy of university diploma or high school diploma
Salary conditions:
• correspond to the salary level for director positions of similar Prague theatres and will be included in the contract on the conditions of performance of the director's position, which the tenderer will conclude with the selected candidate, but min. CZK 40 thousand per month
