Martin Glaser continues to lead the National Theatre Brno

The Brno City Council confirmed Martin Glaser as director of the National Theatre Brno for another term.

The Cultural Commission discussed the material summarizing his work to date and submitted it to the RMB with a clear recommendation: to keep MgA. Martin Glaser in the position of director.

The Commission emphasized that the current director of the NdB is exemplary in fulfilling the visions with which he took office and is managing not only the artistic, but also the crisis and economic management of this contributory organization in difficult times (past and present) of pandemics and energy crises. At the same time, he enjoys the trust of the artistic community, as well as the audience and the professional public.

Under his leadership, all NdB ensembles are growing artistically, and the theater has returned to the artistic elite of the Czech Republic.
