Selection procedure for the position of director of the Ostrava Puppet Theatre

The Ostrava City Council announces a selection procedure for the position of director of the legal entity Puppet Theatre Ostrava, a contributory organization.

Required prerequisites:

completed university education in a master's degree program

at least 5 years of experience in the field of culture, at least 3 years of experience in managing and leading a larger team is an advantage

knowledge of the Czech theatre environment, general cultural outlook;

knowledge of legal regulations concerning the activities of contributory organizations established by territorial self-governing units and related economic and legal standards

high level of expressive skills in spoken and written communication, excellent knowledge of the Czech language

active knowledge of one world language (Aj, Nj)

managerial and organizational skills, empathy, diplomatic demeanor

ability to communicate with the professional public and the media

integrity, capacity to perform legal acts
